of Bugzilla and Subversion

versions of Bugzilla and Subversion. This upgrade takes Bugzilla
from version 2.18 to version 2.22 and Subversion from version
1.2 to version 1.3.2.

The new release of Subversion includes many bug fixes
and performance improvements for increased stability and usability. In addition,
Subversion now includes a work-around for the Visual Studio.NET IDE restriction
on the name of the administrative directory in the checked-out sandbox.
